Here we present a case of a woman who presentedwith subarachnoid haemorrhage due to a ruptured aneurysm. Angiographic imaging revealed multiple aneurysms alongthe ACA. She underwent successful neuroendovascular coiling, and the recovery was satisfactory. Keywords: Arteriovenous malformation, distal anterior cerebral artery aneurysms, digital subtraction angiography Downloads Full Text Article Published 2026-01-26 How to Cite Muhammad Naveed Majeed, Muhammad Qasim Qureshi, Qasim Bashir, & Hafiz Talha Javed.
